1.100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

• * Free Proofing & Color modification. We will fix the bobblehead until you like it.
• * After the bobblehead is finished, if you don't like it, we can redo it once for free.
• * We will let you approve the bobblehead before we send it out.
• * After you receive the bobblehead, if you really don't like it, please contact us, we can redo it for free, but you should responsible for the delivery fee.

2.Warranty and After-Sale Service

*All the products cover a 12-month warranty. We have a responsible customer service team to provide helpful after-sale services. If the custom bobbleheads meet with any quality problems or accidental damage,you can sent back to us and get free restoration service within 12 months,but you should responsible for the round delivery fee!

3.Shipping Damage Claims- 100% Free Redo

All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and damange case seldom happen. If you get damaged dolls, please take photos and contact us soon, we will arrange Free Redo to replace.(Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 24 hours after you get it). you don't need to send the product back. We will ship a replacement.

4.Refund and Return:

The figurines are handmade and intricately crafted, capturing a likeness based on pictures provided. They are not an exact copy or replica of the person on the photo (we promise at least 90% similar). The final product may be slightly different from the picture shown since they are all 100% handmade and unique.

Please understand that due to the custom nature of our product, and due to the number of expert hours that goes in to molding, baking... refund and return base on the following conditions:

A, You may cancel your order and get a full refund before we begin to make your bobbleheads and show you the first proof.

B, Once we make the clay doll head:

• 1. We will fix it until you like it.
• 2. If you really want to cancel your order. We will deduct $20.00 for each bobblehead ($40.00 for each fully custom bobblehead) and give you a refund. - Please understand that, it is a special Merchandise that we custom made for you, we cannot sell it to others.

C, After we complete the bobblehead, if you don't like it, there are two options:

• 1.We can redo it for free.
• 2.You can cancel your order. We will deduct $30.00 for each bobblehead ($60.00 for each fully custom bobblehead) and give you a refund. - Please understand that, it is a special Merchandise that we custom made for you, we cannot sell it to others.
• 3.If you cancel the order after we redo it. We will deduct $40.00 for each bobblehead ($80.00 for each fully custom bobblehead)and give you a refund.

D, We will let you approve your bobbleheads before we send your bobbleheads out. If you find it not as described when you get your bobbleheads in hand within 30 days, there are two options:

• 1. We can redo it for free. (customer is responsible for shipping)
• 2. You can send it back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping). We will deduct $30.00 for each bobblehead ($60.00 for each fully custom bobblehead)and give you a refund.
